In this module I will cover some of the advanced topics in CB-SEM that we could not cover in our earlier modules.

About the  Resource Person:

Prof. Arunkumar Dubey is an Associate Faculty at EDII Ahmedabad. He is into academics for more than 15 years and his research interest is into Organizational Behavior. He is a doctoral student at Pondicherry University and has few publications in journals to his credit. He has presented many of his researches into esteemed national & international conferences. He has acted as resource person in numerous workshops and faculty development programs at many reputed institutes of India. Some of the notable institutes wherein he has acted as resource person constitutes Bhavan’s Institute of Management Studies, Kolkata; Darbar College, Karnataka; IPREMS, Orissa; Institute of Computer Science & Technology, Varanasi; Andrews College and S K Somaiya College of Arts, Science and Commerce in Mumbai. He was also the resource person at INDAM Pre-Conference workshop organized at IIM ROHTAK (2022) on PLS-SEM in R. In addition to this, he conducted a session for employees at EMIDS, a Bangalore based software company. He is a connoisseur of R and has inspired many research scholars and faculty members to learn and take up R for their research and doctoral thesis.
