Dear all:
Welcome to module 7 of my lecture series on covariance-based SEM (CB-SEM).
In this module, I will be demonstrating how do we declare and test measurement models in AMOS. Measurement model testing is done before we test relationships using a structural model. In this example, we will be testing the measurement models (CFA) of the three constructs: leadership, procedural justice and creative behaviours. Then, we will be testing an overall measurement model comprising of the three constructs. We will also be computing the discriminant validity of the three study constructs using AVE and CR (as explained in module 6).
The module will have 9 lectures. The details of the sessions are given below:
Lecture 1: Testing second-order factor model for leadership construct
Lecture 2: Interpreting AMOS output for second-order factor model
Lecture 3: Explanation of the structural model to be tested
Lecture 4: CFA of procedural justice construct
Lecture 5: CFA of procedural justice and use of modification indices
Lecture 6: CFA of creative behaviours construct
Lecture 7: Declaration of overall measurement model
Lecture 8: Interpreting AMOS output for measurement model
Lecture 9: Assessing discriminant validity using the measurement model results
I hope you will find the module interesting and informative!
